Default paddles, worth it?

is it worth it to buy paddles, could I just flip my tmaxx's wheels around so the tread is backwords and get the same effect?

no padles are alot bigger and are alot of fun to use on a beach.

I put panther paddles on my E-maxx with spools and it would go wherever I pointed it, and It would climb hills you couldn't walk up.
they will wear out fast if you run them on a hard surface. just keep an extra set of tires for hard surfaces.

silver lake dunes, beach, place by my house with lots of really lose dirt
