Default GS rod ends. Are they strong? (TNX fix)

Ok, so the Dubro rod ends i just paid a fortune for, are simply too big to work. They leave me with like 5-7 degrees of toe in. Thats just not gonna work. So i was thinking maybe the GS rod ends that are all different colors. I happen to find some here from my old T-maxx days. Does anybody know if these rod ends are strong? They look good!

Conveniently enough, the ends i had layin around were yellow. They add a little bling!!! These cant possibly be weaker than the stock Tamiya piece. I hope.....[&:]

Whats the Type of plastic? Is it flexible or very hard? I think if its has a little bit of flex, but is pretty hard, it should be strong

Yo Matt....

Like the other TNX guys, why not give in and use Revo parts on your TNX. Use CAPTURED Revo Rod ends, so cheap and still strong...you might need to use Revo turnbuckles too...

I paid about $20 for a set of purple ones to use on the ends of the links (the 4-link suspension that is) on my Clod. Broke nearly every one of them within a week.

If you want some REALLy strong rod ends, get the Thundertech ones. Unfortunately, you can only get them in large quantities from their website, I think they only sell them in 50 or 100 packs, you also have to buy the brass balls for them.

The GS ends held up great. I cant see any stress marks on them at all. I'll look over the truck today, and see what damage i can find. Soo far, soo good...
