which is the quietest?
I had a LST and alot of neighbors crabbed about the noise I was looking to get the new MGT4.6 or the Revo for those who have heard both which one is the most neighbor friendly thanks.

The stock Revo is pretty quiet, but still kind of sounds like a weedeater. The MGT 4.6 I think is a little louder, but neither one is really overly loud.

Um.. clog the Pipe? LOL no.. I agree with the E-Maxx though. LOL But, REVO is quieter. But, seriously, why downgrade to a different truck? Tell them to wear ear plugs if it annoyes them so much.

I already sold the lst and got the e-maxx now I want a gas again just dont want to hear the *****in!! anyway either of those trucks should be quiter than the lst right? I guy I work with has a t-maxx and it was alot quiter than my lst

[X(] Wth, why'd you sell it?? Stupid mistake, dude. Just go with the REVO then. Just be prepared to miss bigblock power, etc. without blowing the drivetrain.

There are quieter exhaust pipes out there just be prepared to lose some power. Like many poeple say use the search button good luck.

Get the Tsai pipes. They aren't for performance, but they are a lot quieter. [

You have the right to do what you want without neighbors harpin' on you about it. Its your money that you spent, why not enjoy your nitro car instead of downgrading to electric?

My neighbors are pretty cool about it. Most say "That's cool!" and stop to watch. Some just ignore it. The only neighbor that really complained, was when I ran over a patch of flowers and hit her mailbox. Ooops! Of all the times I wish my truck had reverse, that is the time I could have used it the most.

ssj2, what do you mean "downgrading"? Electrics can now easily out run, out accelerate, and out last nitros. And a good brushless system costs a much as a good engine, but the brushless system lasts forever. And no maintanence needed for the brushless motor.
