Default So i want to race, What would i need.

I got a truck for my b-day and i want to rave and im wondering what - hop-ups - I would need to race.

It has a hyper .21 engine (i dont know if this is competitive)

Here it is ( painted by me)

Start with some better tires such as bow-tie or crime fighters.
Make sure you have a strong steering servo.

take it out, race, see what works and what doesnt, change it to make it better. i dont think you can see what you need to buy until you try it.

practice is your biggest asset on the track! No upgrade in the world can match what you get from just driving on the track. Learn how to deal with traffic, passing, BEING PASSED, simple suspension adjustments. KNOW that the fastest truck isnt always the fastest truck when it comes to lap times. Consistancy is a HUGE part of racing, and you can routinley win with a slower truck if you run cleaner. Yes, upgrades will be needed, but without knowing where, what you are racing on, we cant make you a list. You need to do that yourself. First thing you might want to do is clean your air filter
