Aaaaaah....the eternal question.
A) Do a search, and read all the threads in existence on this topic...
B) Go to your LHS (Local Hobby Shop), look around and ask questions.
I would pick B, simply because you will want parts readily available, and to establish a good rapport with the people who will be helping you.......
But Do A first, just to gain info on a wide range of trucks....

for an all-rounder it has to be the latest edition to the savage family, check hpi's site for more info. and detailed pics
thats if you want an mt as the revo is alot smaller but has its own special features including the clever suspension system

Get the savage its extremely durable and an all around good truck except at racing. Inless you put a lot of money in to it. If you wanna race get the revo.
