Default Warhead (Duratrax) customer service?

What luck has everyone had from duratrax customer service for the warhead? what is the best way to approach them? I'm having carb and clutch problems.

Ryan,

Check out the "anyone own a warhead" thread. There are numerous reponses of excellent customer service. Most with no questions asked. The entire truck is pretty much covered by a no questions 1 year warranty and the engine is covered by a 3-year warranty. Clutch and carb have already been broken on other's posts and each have had similiar great responses from customer service in replacing the parts for free !! Gotta love any manuf. that will stand by their product.

Just to clarify I think the "no questions" part ends after 90 days. 1 yr is for stress tech parts only, but the engine is covered for 3 years.
