So..$150 for P2 Rockers, longer chasis, and a 3.3 sized block, gets you a REVO 3.3? .. err cool. How long will the REVO be with all this stuff now? Like, the 30mm Longer chasis?

150$? most places have the revo 2.5 at 475$; the 3.3 will be 510$.

I think its a permanent upgrade; but the revo2.5 will still be available; or no indication of otherwise. the tmaxx with the 2.5 is still available.

I have mine on order from Tower, took advantage of last months $30. off code. Got it for $479.99.

Checked today they are back up to $529.99

Started at $531.99, dropped to $509.99, then back up to $529.99, I don't understand it.

probably trying to find the final "sales price", competing with each other without fixing the prices. one guys got it for 510, gotta stay competitive. guess they decided to up it so the rest followed.

or maybe traxxas revised their price.

i have a savage x, in grass the truck has too much traction and tends to traction roll, its stable as anything in dirt though. i personally have nbever seen a revo in real life so i couldnt give an opinion. my friend is going to get the 3.3 though so if your still looking by then ill give you guys a head to head. my savvy will still be stock. with all the power the x has it doesnt need to be upgraded IMO. if it can wheel stand everytime i grab the throttle it has enough power.

dude the new revo is gonna be sick!! ive already talked with a guy who has a 3.3 in his revo and he got to race a revo with the 18tm and made it look slow!! i think this new motor is gonna make the revo pretty fast!! the extended chassis is gonna be killer, and the center diff, wow!
im running a revo 5.0 (os 30)and i crush savages, genesis, lsts, hellfires, etc... at everyting!! my truck is faster, more durable, and jumps way better. i run with those other truck nearly every weekend, they got nothin for a big block revo with the right parts on it. if i didnt get to run with these other trucks i wouldnt make such a claim, but i do.... when we go out bashing there is allways way more pics of my truck, what does that mean? well it means the camera man sees my truck as the mack daddy every time!! ohh and those other trucks are broken down on the sidelines. sure i have lots of hop ups on my truck, but isnt that what we do in this hobby? i havnt seen any other truck while bashing that even sparks my interest. i do want another truck, but i dont like what i see.
revo rules!

the savage after a while becomes boring to drive compared to the revo..it's like night and day!! the revo is pretty much as durable as the savage when it comes down to it..the savage being a hair more on the 8 ft plus jumps...but the revo is the sweetest driving monster truck you'll ever drive..it turns way better than the savage in the grass..no comparision..

Hi ash,
I think the Revo 3.3 will be COOL[8D] But the trx 3.3[:'(] not so cool.
You could blow it out of the water with a picco .26.
Oh ya I saw that someone said that a Revo 2.5 was about $470.
Well check www.rcboca.com they have the 2.5s for $438.
As for the arms not sure Were to get them. Are they the same as the arms on the 2.5? because if they are you can get them from www.killerhobbies.com. Hope that helps!

Stock foams are fine...problem is the Revo never handles right running Proline Wabashes. The Proline wheels are heavy but the tires aren't so you get a slow to lacking throttle/brake input to in-flight adjustments.
