Dying dish wheels.
Just got my new sniper tires and wheels and need to dye the wheels . I have never done it before, just when out and bought two packs of powdered Rits dye, now what. Do I need both packs of dye, do I boil the wheels or just soak them in the dye. Any and all info greatly apreceiated. thanx
