Default Is this truck for real?

http://www.realrc.net/modules.php?na...rticle&sid=332

I dont' get any of the propaganda machines....errr...magazines, but can someone tell me this isn't just a Bruiser with a Juggernaut 2 body, and this is a real truck that's coming out? I saw a link to tamiyausa.com, but it didn't seem to exist when I looked for it.

That is supposed to be coming out so yes this is real. I hear it is revised and not a true Bruiser underneath that body as some might hope.

Well. Looks like I better pick up a few battery packs. I may make it a shelf queen, but I don't believe in shelf queens that never drive.

I've said it once and I'll say it again. That is going to be my next model in the fleet. But when they release it. Lets make sure to fight over then at every hobby shop and on line store!

So, you have to shift the three speed on those yourself? That's REALLY cool, but what kind of radio do you need? A four channel?

I'd really like to have one, but it would simply be for the novelty of having a scale truck and I wouldn't want to sink alot of money into a funky radio for it. Would it be silly to go brushless with a truck like that?

Looks like the tires are molded in two pieces w/ a BIG gap in between. Kinda sketchy...

that's probably because it's a prototype. I'll guarantee ya that's not how the production models will be.

Its just a targeted crowd. Most won't be driven. Some will, and those are the ones that will truly know what it is to be a r/c vehicle... ride on.

This kind of truck isn't really for high performance or what not. It's a project or something of the like. Of course, it may be for fun. Look at the Lunchbox and Midnight Pumpkin. An old RCCA 2wd truck shoot out put it best. "This thing handles like a shopping cart." They then went on to describe how fun it was to drive, though.

If I get this truck, I'll throw some 2.2 inch monster truck wheels and tires on it, light it, stuff like that. There's other high performance monsters for high performance.
