Does the 3.3 have a wheelie bar?

My Maxx 3.3 has one and it pops off on jumps; no good for off roading IMO.

no the revo 3.3 doesnt include a wheelie bar because it comes with an extended chassis which helps to prevent wheelies.

The T-maxx does but I don't think the Revo does check it out here : http://rccaraction.com/news/revo.asp

There won't be a wheelie bar on the Revo 3.3. As was said about the extended chassis. The option for the center diff removes the need for a wheelie bar anyway.

What does the center diff. do?

Coverts to one speed, and removes the extra "weight".

The center diff will: When the car begins to wheelie, the power will be transfered to the front b/c there is less resistance. So less power is going to the rear and the front is allowed to lower. It prevents wheelies.

Actually thats wrong on both cases. It is still a 2 speed as its placed after the 2 speed in the Revo. And it likely weighs more since the part its replacing in the FOC kit is just a plastic gear and main shaft.

A Center Diff isn't used to prevent wheelies, it just will if tuned right. A Center diff allows for bias braking and power control. So you can have more front or rear brake in your truck to be able to tune it for better driving. Also the power from the diff will go to the wheels with least resistance, therefore stopping wheelies usually, but thats really more dependant upon the diff fluid and traction levels as well.

Wheelie bars are fine for bashing on the streets and for people who think wheelies are fun. The Revo is now far more race than the Tmaxx ever was/is.
