It seems as though, I am always buying fuel.. Not because I run out or use an insane amount, I just like knowing that my babies will be fed correctly when it's time to play.
Do you guys store a gallon at a time and after each gallon, but one?
I have four gallons in my garage, just in case I run out.
Might be a dumb question but it really isn't because gas is about $20-35 a gallon.
Thanks for the opinions basher buddies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like to keep it fresh, and no telling how old it is already at the hobby store.
I keep 1 full gallon on hand besides the one Im using. then when I run out, no question Ill be at the hobby shop before that gallon is finished, and I get my backup bottle again.

Same with me. I keep 1 full unopened gallon and then the gallon I am using.

seems like a waste of money, lol. gas is $45 here in alberta for 30%. we just wait until theres about a half hour of run time left then buy a new one, and pour the rest into that bottle filling it right up to the rim. works every time.

I agree, fresh is always better! However, i'm currently using two gallons of 10% cool power that was given to me by a guy that got out of r/c two years ago and havent had a problem.(yet) I'm using it in my airplane but the fuel doesn't know it.

fuel dont know if is a new born or father time.. just like hugh hefner, put it to bed correctly and it will just keep going and going and going....
i have 2/3 gal of 30% for helis and truck/cars , 2 gals of 20% for the trucks n cars for bashing, i have 1.5 gals of 10% and a gal of reg glow....for the planes....
keep the cap tight and sealed. keep it in a cool dark place, it will last forever... let the cap stay loose and in direct sunlight ect... it ll last about 2 days....

sunshie is the worst thing, the nitro decays or something when its gets any sunlight, i read it in fuelmans article in the fuel forums, so as long as its dark u got no probs, buying and stocking up also is good,
cos we never know what the hobby shop guys do with it, its better if we buy it up and keep it nice and safe, its not gonna make a difference if you buy it new from the hobby shop!!!!!!

if sunlights so bad, really makes you wonder why lots of fuel makers use clear jugs.
right now I have a white jug. Ill have to hang onto it.
I have an electric fuel pump; its nice cause the cap never gets opened. it has a filter on the air valve too.

I've been thinking about getting one of those pumps. Which one do you have?

They use clear bottles i think so you can see how much fuel is left without opening it and letting vapour out.

I was leery about getting 4 gallons a shot also, but I ordered it on 03/24 and have 1 1/2 gallons gone already...running 2 BB trucks seems to drink it down pretty quick!
