ummmmm for what? bashing? racing? both?
if you have the budget to afford a lst2, go with a savage x (for bashing) and if your racing get a revo or revo 3.3

surely mostly due to the driver, not saying the LST is BETTER than a revo, Im saying its very much a drivers race, and dependant on track type. but an LST2 can race and bash, and can do both as well as either of the other 2. just gotta be willing to pony up the cash to get it.

btw, same thread 4 times in 2 different forum sections isnt exactly nescessary. figured it was an error. but the exact same 2 threads including the misspelled "wich" in the losi forum... clutters the place up.

The Savage 25 is the base model of that line...
If you really want the fair comparison of these three trucks, use the 4.6SS version with nice electronics. The prices and specs of each package would then comparable. That's all Losi and CEN did with their trucks, and that's why they cost so much more. They offered the nicer kit level engines and radios in an RTR.
I would choose either the Savage or LST2. The LST2 is probably better out of the box.

I have had a revo t maxx and savage x and of those have prefered the build quality of the savage x. As for the LST2 have heard great things about those although I have a spektrum to drive the sav.

RE: wich is a better buy
your making no sense ben........my savage x has no quality or build issues. do you even own one? and the savage x is very very very easy to work on. the 25 wasnt all that bad once you figured out how it was put together. john the savage 25 is most likely going ot be discontinued. get a savage x....... wouldnt recommend the nemesis, cen hasnt had the best track record especially with the genesis truck. the lst2 will be great for racing out of the box (with some good tires) and pretty good for bashing. the savage is great at bashing and ok out of the box for racing. with tires and preload spacrs out of the shocks (maybe a steering servo) it will hold its own on the track. get what you can afford and whats supported at your LHS. if neither is a factor then go with what you like and what your going to do with it. a savage will be a better basher being lighter (not that the truck is light) and more durable. the lst2 will be a more potent racer out of the box.

I think the whole Savage 25 line (including the LE) has already been discontinued. There are a few places that still have them in stock and HPI will continue making replacement parts, but the only current Savage models are the SS 4.6 and the X.
As for the Nemesis, CEN has just fixed the axle problem that everyone was complaining about. The beefed them up and released them under the same part number. I think that was the number 1 complaint about the Nemesis.
