i would choose the revo if ya can have only one. i decided to get an lst after hearing all these people talk it up, i prefer my revo for sure, it just beats the lst at everything..

heres my garage, 2 bb revos, 1 2.5, lst, mlst, and 2 mini ts.

my os 30 revo can dominate the lst at everything. the 3.3 revo will too. stock the lst is about the same as a 2.5 revo speed wise, and about the more durable idea, the lst weighs a ton, when you hit somethin it breaks!! just way too heavy. it hurts my fingers to carry it by the bumper!! shockingly heavy...
but its very cool looking!!

call this one daddy!

The last I heard the Revo 3.3 is running a bit late.

Judging from the pictures thats a 14mm hex LST1 that has been made really heavy and is way over sprung and a Revo 2.5r. The LST2 is a different animal.

Here is a [link=http://www.lstcentral.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=3574&start=0]link to[/link] a 7000 post 15 page thread where I was challenged and then answered that challenge by last years #1 and #2 (both Revo's) winners of the I35 championship series. Skip to the last page to see the outcome.

That LST is setup really bad (I know you didn't do it). Those are Hot Bodies purple springs, they would be good on a mountain bike not a LST. You should try LOSI black springs with some 35wt or even 40wt oil. It would handle much better imo. I used to run those springs and my LST would flip it's self on rough ground!!!

I agree with revopqrs, I would wait for the Revo 3.3 vs the Tmaxx. It blows my mind that they are still selling Tmaxxes for that much!!! The Revo is light years ahead of the Tmaxx. I would blow the tops off the plastic Tmaxx shocks the first day........

I would try the chrome with some 30wt, that's basically stock. They work very well. That rig is setup to be heavy though.... I made the mistake of making a LST1 all heavy and it was not a pretty sight. I ended up making a light bash machine that is much more fun and in the end much tougher!!

I buy it in 4oz bottles, Team Trinity TRI50007 is the part# for the 35wt. One 4oz bottle will do all shocks with a bit left over. The more I think about it the chrome springs may not be enough for the weight of that thing, it will handle very well but may bottom really bad on big air. It would still be better than those purple springs though, those things are butal.

Cool.. my LSt with no gearing changes will do it.

I sould stick a .32 in it and see what happens.

Nah Im ok with the Mach .26 for now. If its enough to flip it on its lid.. ooh no who knows what a .32 will do. [X(]

Pretty sure 2DMaxLST knows what a .32 will do in an LST... Haven't you had like 3 different .32's in your LST?

Edit: My bad... I was thinking your OS .30 was lumped in there... but... the ones I know of were the Collari .32 (or was that one a .30, too?) and the RE .32...
