I would say the Savage is the better choice for bashing. I perfer the TVP over the flat plate as they are harder to bend while jumping. On the other hand the flat plate is a better setup for taking the turns and for running on muddy/wet surfaces. If you are going with AE besure to get a cage or to find another way to stiffen the plate if you plan on going off of anything larger then 2-3 foot jumps.

there's like 6 savage vs mgt's

but get the savage, very durable and have plenty of power

2-3 foot jumps? you are obviously underestimating the strength of that chassis. associated thought this truck through and its a very tough basher, although both would be a good choice, i personally recommend the mgt.
