Proline mashers 40 series - your opinion please!
Hi there,
It's bastiaan from Holland (europe). I drive a Savage 4.6 over here and i'm looking for new tires.
I have the Big Joe's but i want something different (better).
Anybody experience with the Proline mashers 40 series ???? Do they grip better in dirt/sand??? AND how do they perform onroad, compared to other all terrain tires (eg. big joe's)?
Please help me out! All advise is welcome!
Thnx a lot!
PD. a pic of a Masher (tractor groove) and one of the Big Joe tire attached.

they seem to be good all around tires but the moabs tires ( not the moab xl) seen to be a better all around tire imo.

I checked the proline website, and found out that the moabs are mich heavier then the mashers or big joe. Doesn't kill acceleration and so on?

Mashers are light and grip good in grass. But on pavement or loose dirt/sand, moabs or Joes are better.
The mashers tend to slide in loose stuff and on pavement.

I have had my 40 series mashers for a WHILE now. I have also had big joes. I like the mashers a little better... they are really a good all around, long lasting, tire. They stick to the asphalt and stick to the grass very well.
