Search on Ebay for a store called RCMaxpower, or something pretty close to that. They sell the RDLogics premounted sets for around $40. I think I saw some there one time that were similar to the Pro-Line Mulchers, they were mounted on chrome rims and they were like $36 for a set of four.
I bought a brand new set of LST Claw tires mounted on Magneto rims for $50 off ebay. The tire deals are there if you look around.
