Default Revo 3.3 or LST2?

I'm considering selling my warhead to buy another new monster truck. What's better a new Revo3.3 or a LST2? I know both are great trucks but can't decide between the two. Any opinions are welcome especially anyone that has both trucks

Good idea on selling the Warhead, cuz all I've heard is complaints on the forums for Warhead problem threads. I would go with the LST2 because of the stock radio and that overall, a better truck. However, this thread may create a lot of problems because you have the largest MT rivalary, Revo vs. LST. You are gonna get all kinds of opinions on both trucks, but I think that Losi did a better job and created one heck of a truck with the LST.

To cruiserx and lax95. First of all, almost all of the polls you refer to are old, LST (first gen) vs. Revo (first gen). That was not my question. Also, any polls out before the trucks (Revo 3.3) were released are pure speculation and I'm not making a $600 decision on spending based on someone's speculation. If you're so mad I posed the question, don't read or reply, simple as that.

Thanks

Neither of the new versions of those trucks are different enough to warrant discrediting any previous stated opinions about them. And if you are not going to base your decision on everyone else's opinion (a form of speculation), then why ask the question in the first place???

They are both good trucks, just get the one you like the best. Is that so difficult?

Both good trucks for both bashing and racing.

Both have good aftermarket support.

Both are typically easy to find parts for locally. Ask your LHS what they stock more of. Getting quick spares is a big thing.

the revo is going to be easier to get parts for. unless your lucky and your LHS happens to be some sort of losi fan... never found such a thing around me though.

still, an LST'er here. the size, the radio, the true big block, and the long standing reputation of losi swayed me. also, though its probably a negative factor, I liked that it was unique; not so good when your looking to bum a spare part from someone.

but as you already know; you could flip a coin.

i think whatever you go for you'll be happy. just for availability of parts, i would say revo, as bauerbach, you LHS probs won't have the same range of support. if they do, then that makes your decision much harder then doesn't it?

After having experienced a Revo 3.3 (not driven... just watched it... unfortunately) I would have to say... either one would be a good truck. We had Revo 3.3's and LST2's on the track on Saturday night (asphalt oval track) and the 3.3 was pretty impressive. I don't think it was as impressive as my TM323.... but it's pretty sweet. The extended chassis makes it look much bigger. I think either one would be a good buy... might even want to look at the Losi Aftershock... it LOOKS like a cheaper version of the LST. Haven't heard any real reviews except for how it looks, but you might want to keep your eye on it.
