thats a good engine ..i have 2 of them and its the most reliable engine ive used ..just dont know how is it compared to 28s now..but definitely faster than hb26..

If I recall, those were the same engine as the Ofna Picco .26, but with a silver head.
Good, but not outstanding. Quite a deal at that price. Tower must have found some in their warehouse, and are clearing them out.
You can get an Ofna .32 on the bay for a few bucks less.
I've heard nothing good about the hb engine.

That engine is awsome , great power and holds a tune . I have both wasp and ofna/picco engines and are great runners . Don`t listen to someone that doesn`t even have one .

I've run that wasp, and the Picco version. Very good motor. Its way more powerful than the HB .26. The HB .26 i had was horribly slow....

I had it on my MGT, it made it scoot really good. It has alot of power, but I couldn't get it to hold a tune from tank to tank much less day to day. Maybe it was a friday engine, but it was real finicky. Then my wasp .28 was too. If your on a budget get a SH .28 or the Axial .28, you'll be happier. They can be had for about $105-130 shipped off of ebay.
