RE: Duratrax Warhead LRP .28 spec 3 help
all you need is a 3 shoe clutch http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXHWJ3&P=ML
clutch nut http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXNUM6&P=7
duratrax flywheel http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXNBC1&P=7
steel spur gear http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXMKC4&P=ML because the LRP is to much for plastic spur gears
hardened CB http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXD210&P=ML
CB bearings http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXD115&P=M
CB shim kit http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXNXK4&P=7
you can get all these at your LHS as well, not just tower, as for the pipe, i.m using the stocker and its a pretty nice match for the motor.
for installing you will have to rotate the carb, make sure its seated good, I'm using a starter box so I removed the recoil and installed a back plate(dynamite mach.26 plate), install the flywheel and clutch and clutch bell, shim the clutch bell so that it doesn't rub on the flywheel, put the motor in and check your alignment with the spur gear, if all is good, tighten in up, set you gear mesh and good to go. Enjoy your LRP, because its awsome.
This is what I have in mine and I have no problems with it.
