Tmaxx tranny has reverse but is in neutral in forward
All of the tranny has been rebuilt with new gears And I cant figure it out thanks for any advise!

Isn't the shaft supposed to be in for forward on a t-maxx?
Anyway, yeah, check the servo and the linkage, as that is the most likely source of the problem.
. If you find the servo is unable to push the shaft all of the way in, try pushing it in by hand and see if that helps. If it will not push in by hand, or if it does push in all of the way, but still does not engage forward, you will need to have a peak inside the tranny case to see what is wrong.
