From lookin at this pic I'd think you'd at least need a different clutch bell. It appears as thouhg the pitch of the teeth is different.

does anyone know definitively about the spur gear setup? My TNX Pro keeps stripping spur gears everytime out, to the point where I'm not running it anymore. I have a BB New Era setup w/ an OS30 and its spur is fine so far, but I'm afraid of the same thing so I wanna upgrade it to the steel spur setup as well. I'm gonna check tamiyatrucks.com to see if anyone has any info....

IF you have some tools you can try the Revo slipper setup. So far the people with the 5,2's have either been tight lipped or no one has one...I haven't seen pics or info on them yet as far as details.
