what type of tires to get?
Hello, I am in search of bigger and better tires for my new 2.5. What are some of your suggestions? I would like some that are bigger than stock, but not TO big so it looks funny.
P.S. I would like it to be a tire-wheel combo...

These guys are great to deal with and beat towers prices. The jumbo maxx chevrons are bigger than stock and have good tread. Maxx masher come highly recomended. stablemaxx wheels set tires farther out. Makes truck more stable but puts stress on suspension. I personally want a set of each.

what type of tires to get?
I just got the optional Traxxas Tmaxx rims and Ofna Monster Spike tires from Tower. I got the rims so I could have 2 sets of wheels. I gfot the traxxa wheels cause they were inexpensive and I knew they would fit right.
You can see the tires are taller and wider. The old rims and the new rims are the same size.
I also got the 18 tooth clutch bell to lower the gearing for the larger tires.
