Welcome to RCU!
The Monster trucks are RTR (ready to run) so you won't find them in kit form. However, you can buy kits in cars....and stadium trucks....and buggies if I'm not mistaken.
If your not sure what to buy.....try going to a website like Tower Hobbies and look at their selections. If you need help choosing...just let us know here and we'll be glad to offer any help we can.

Good Luck!

well if price is a problem, the only monster truck u can get that is under $300 after u add in the price of batteries and a charger is the traxxas stampede, but if you dont mind spendin 500 or more, an E-MAXX or Savage would be perfect

Here is what I see a LOT!
People buy cheaper trucks and get disappointed … than loose interest in the hobby ..
Buy something that you are going to enjoy .. Ya it’s a little more expensive .. but you are better off in the long run because you will enjoy the heck outta what you have .. that only leads to upgrades... More trucks .. More cars .. More parts ..
Man .. I am going to be living in my trailer if I dont watch it .. ..

Landshark is biased toward the Savage because he thinks it's the greatest MT available right now...and I agree.
But ... listen to what you will hear about all the trucks before making a decision... there are alot of post on this forum much earlier that tell you pros and cons of the T-Maxx and Savage 21... Search for them and they won't let you down...
Good Luck

I agree with NdeedOne, the Savage is a great truck but it might not be for you. It took long hours of research and watching people drive and flip thier trucks to actually decide on which one was right for us. I'm personally happy with my savage because of the handling. I saw a guy a few days ago with a new tmaxx and man is it FAST. But speed isnt everything if you cant controll that speed. That, my friend, is what made me get the Savage.. Do your homework, Thats part of the fun!!!! Good luck. Later

I now have both the Savage and the t-maxx. Both are awesome. I like the Savage's looks/design and the landing skills, and you can't beat the t-maxx's speed. Well, maybe with the Kyosho Madforce. I don't see many posts on them, but it looks pretty badass. 1/8 scale, 43mph...pretty hard to beat!
