Melted exhaust
That pipe is from a savage. But I have no Idea what could have cause that maybe you where running too lean and the heat got to it. Could have also been sabotage or maybe even alkaeda. J/k guys but to be serious, you should go to your LHS or e-mail HPI support for some info.

Melted exhaust
The only way it could have melted is if it was against something very hot (engine). I would get a new one and place it away from whatever you had it next to. It does not look like fuel or anything caused that cause it has an indention like metal or something was "pressed"against it
Godd luck

Melted exhaust
Thanks for the replys.
The part that is melted is not touching anything,it faces up and is away from the chasis and engine. The line that goes to the top of the fuel tank was close to the area(it was black but not melted).
Using 10% nitro, leaned out the HS 2/8 turn from standard.
Temp never over 240.

must have been split fuel then or like tweety said a thin wall. Dont discard the idea of a manufacure error either, just get a new one cause you seem to be the only one with this problem, keep fuel away too, good luck
