Making one...
Is there any way, I can "modify" my current T3 stadium truck into a monster truck? What upgrades or parts would I need. It's electric, with a 19 turn motor and a Novak ESC and dirt tires. I want a monster truck that can drive up a steep hill covered in rocks with ease. I want it to drive over rocks like there nothin' Also, I want it to clear jumps too (19T motor) Is this possible?
Thanks
Thanks

RE: Making one...
Get some longer shocks (not too long because of the CVD's), 2.2 Mashers, aluminum towers (and maybe a few other aluminum parts), 15T pinion and a large spur (not sure how high they go on the ae ST's) ...it's still not really gonna' be an MT but you can get it close to Stampede size, should give you more ground clearance at least..

[sm=50_50.gif]....Google is your friend
-Proline 2.2 Mashers (bigger tires for your size rim)
-Aluminum shock towers..
-Other aluminum parts to make the truck stronger...(knuckles, bulkheads etc..)
-Longer shocks, find out how long yours are and get some that are a couple mm longer, maybe run rear shocks in the front also..?.. but not too long because you don't was the axles/dogbones pulling out when the suspension droops..
-I'm sure you know what pinion and spur gears are..?...basically, you'll need lower gearing for the bigger/heavier tires, otherwise electronics/motor will overheat..
-A Stampede is a smaller 2wd monster truck made my Traxxas, it has much better ground clearance than a stadium truck...
