Default hump packs for the MGT

Ok I just spent the last few hours soldering a hump pack with 2650mah nimh AA Duracells . This should last for a good many hours of play time . has any one ever done this and how did you mount you batteries.

Sorry I havent. I got an Orion pack off the bay for like $10. If you ask on the MGT thread you may have more luck.

I'm pretty sure the 5 AA's won't fit in the batt box, a regular hump fills it up pretty good already.. I could be wrong though.... If it doesn't fit, I'd zip tie it to the shock tower, in between the the tower and the radio tray, should be ok there...

Ok, I built the hump pac with AA nmhid batteries. I cut a slot in the lid to the battery compartment to allow room for the 5th cell and all is working great plenty of room. 2650 mah of good ole power should last me a long time.
