Well, I'm bored, nothing to do, so I ended up taking some pics of my new 2.5....I know some of you wanted to see my roll cage and stuff, and the mods I have done so far are:
(I promised myself that I wouldn't waste my money on any mods )
Roll Cage
Digital On-Bored Temp Guage
Fuel Filter
Heavy Duty Spark plug thingy
Fuel Tranny skid plate
Steering servo skidplate

Oh, and if you bought the 2.5 and thing the suspension is "saggy" like I did, throw on the biggest plastic rings that they give you for the suspension, I love it now!

I REALLY needed them once I put on the roll cage....it got HEAVY...but I can not notice a difference in speed with the roll cage on/off, so I would HIGHLY suggest doing one, I will seriously try anything with it on my car...

How did you get the pictures posted like that? Just by the regular post pic button in the reply window?

Looks cool, by the way! I'm actually wanting to get some clips for my savage so it'll sit higher.

daaaaaan,
What's the name, who made it, and how much for your rollcage? I thought I saw a similar one somewhere and they said they were having problems putting the stock body on there. They said the front body posts had to be pretty high. I see yours are up there a ways, is this why? Thanks again for the info....

You use a rollcage to have A LOT of fun, like I said, if you land upside down on your car, you can easily break stuff that cost a lot of $$$, spend 60 bucks, and just scratch your roll bar...

I just whent outside, and jumped my maxx off my garbage can standing up, and landed upside down....

If I didn't have the roll bar I would have prob broke something....but with it nothing happend at all.....

And to see pics of the radio that comes with the car just go to www.traxxas.com or www.towerhobbies.com

Yea, but do you hit an 80degree angle jump going 40mph, full throttle, and landing onto cement?
