Replace the bearing, I can do it in 10 minutes on any engine.

Or throw it in oven/toster oven, heat it up to 350 degrees, and use a rubber mallet to tap it out.
Replace with Boca Bearing bearing. Problem solved.

Once you remove the crank you can use deep wheel socket as drift and drive it out, childs play.

Exactly, just be sure the outer diameter of the socket matches the outer diameter of the outer race as closely as possable. Been doing bearings that way for 40 years. It's a poor mans way to remove and replace bearings. The key is to only apply force to the outer race and be as perpendicular to the bearing as possable.

Ok.......I still don't understnd? Do i do that on the indide of the motor, or from the out side? but don't i have to take out the first inner bearing?
Anybody got a link?
I have tankin them out with the heat method, but mom does not want my engine in her clean oven! I'm now using a blow dryer gets it up and over 350!

From the inside out, the inner bearing is larger than the front bearing so the deepwell socket fits through.
Really, this is not all that difficult to do. Take the engine apart, it's pretty self explanitory. Once you've done it once it only takes a few minutes to pop one out and another one in, really.
