RE: best basher
Team Associated MGT is the best bang for your buck MT out IMO , you have an LST2 already , might want to look into an Aftershock , but it does not have reverse like the MGT .
My MGT has the original motor in it with almost 8 gallons through it and it still starts and runs like a swiss watch . VERY easy to tune also .

i got a freind that has the mt2 damn that thing is fast but it seems kinda weak for bashing. i just bought a lrp engine for my lst2. i like Team Associated so far. i will have to read more on the MGT it is big. will it do wheelies ? he wants that to and since its so big what bodies will fit it, my son will mess them up im sure. oh yea it needs to fit a tiger drive too.

RE: best basher
so far the only thing i dont like about it is the 1 servo steering, also needs a tiger drive, i will look that up to see if 1 will fit, i trashed the ez start on the revo for 1 i love them. from now on when i order a rc i will order a tiger driver for it at the same time. it says its got a hex / drill starter on it, is it 6 mm it dont say what will fit it

RE: best basher
I jumped the heck out of my MGT when i had mine... back flips, you name it... i'd break a few tie rods here and there, the RPM A-Arms where the most popular upgrade, but since then, i think the MGT has been updated a bit with the bigger engine, not sure if the RPM A-Arms are still as popular. There's a trick for the controller too to get more out of the stock servo, something about switching it to the Aux plug instead of the steering one... something like that, gets a higher voltage to it or something. I'm sure the pros here can bust out with the details... I also had a TNX... which is an amazing truck, but eventhough the TNX was faster, turned better, and overall, did everything better, the MGT just looked WAY cooler due to it's size and cool looking stock tires... i don't know why, but i just love the look of the truck when it's running.

RE: best basher
I have the MGT and it's a lot of fun and takes a good beating, MGT, aftershock or savage are all great mt's for under $400.I think my MGT is stronger then my savage and I break stuff on both trucks but I bash hard and I'm very happy with both trucks.
