Why is this happening? I can NOT pop a wheelie going forward, but I can easily do one going in Reverse.....why?!?!?!? The tires are fine in the front, and yes, all 4 wheels ARE getting power..

It could be the front tires are glued better to the front rims than the back one's- i know my maxx would not wheelie till i glued the tires to the rims again.
just a suggestion

Also remember that WEIGHT BALANCE is a HUGE factor when it comes to wheelies. The CG of the vehicle is completely wdifferent when its going reverse and it makes perfect sense.
If its too easy to pop a wheelie going reverse, then the CG is close to the front and you shouldnt be able to pop wheelies going forward or you will be defying physics! lol
See if you can rearrange things to get a more 50/50 distribution. I know that may sound dumb but thats the only suggestion I have! sorry
