Question

what's the best after market tuned pipe for the Savage ?
Is it really worth spending that much money on a tuned pipe, because - let's be fare - they are expensive (100 dollars and more). Here in Europe they are even more expensive ex. novarossi rex. 086 = 240 dollars !!!

rb 086 set is around 100

I am very sceptical of any "performance" parts for these RC engines. One of the few things that I believe may make a difference is a pipe. Can you tell me your honest opinion of the hotbodies pipe?

I don't what jerk would ask $260 for a RB 086 pipe...

Order it from "Bazar Parisien". I get my RB086 for 44 Euro (about the same amount in $)

RB 9886 black finish 37 Euro
RB 9886 Polished Chrome look 44 Euro (the one I got)

I think that the high price you indicated is for the Kart - inline pipe.

Kart Inline Pipe + Header polished 102 Euro

But the inline pipe doesn't work for the Savage because the inline header doesn't fit...
