I ran 30K front\rear, silver springs all 4, 25wt oils all 4, thick sway bar in rear/ no sway bar in front, FOC, FOC gear swap, stock gearing, Upper holes on shock tower, outer holes on arms, 420 series crimes. I loved that setup. I am going to head up for some practice this week and try this setup myself. I had some stupid muggy conversion thing I didn't like last week. I just pulled my 420s out a few minutes ago

Hope that helps.

LST2

Front
25wt oil/ white spring
30k diff fluid
no sway bar
15 degree hub carrier

Rear
30wt oil/ silver spring
30k diff fluid
light sway bar

Thats the setup i ran indoors at DB's for the RC Pro race. You can go even heavier on that suspension though. The LST2 is pretty easy to setup. Start there, if its lacking something, hollar.

yeah Brian that is exactly how my a-arm looks LOL. This is my first a-arm that has broken and the truck has been through some serious endos and cartwheels in the last couple of years and not once has anything broken, but land a little funny off a serious jump and boom broken a-arm hehe. I suppose I could just replace it with another stock arm but I figure if I am going to continue taking jumps like that I might as well upgrade the arms and hubs/knuckles while I'm at it. The only upgrades ever done to the truck is a new header/pipe, rims and tires, shock springs, and a steering servo. Other than that its been a pretty rugged truck so I'm not sure what else would possibly need to be upgraded other than the a-arms and hubs.

Guys I got my Respirator ready, Organic Vapor cartridges. Only 19.99 at Harbor Frieght. Seems to fit pretty good and all. Made by AOSafety which is a good thing, usually Harbor Freight has off brand products, AOSafety is at least a well known company in the Safety field.

Man I'm pumped for Sunday. I want to get closer to Al in the race though, he's a blast to drive near. Al this time don't steal the MT sheet until you at least let us take a look at it!

So Santa (mom) gave me an early gift today.

Should make a nice race truck! Gimme a week or so to get it broken in, and more race ready.

Check out the clutch wear on these Fioroni twin turbo shoes. This is the clutch system i switched to, when the stock muggy setup failed soo fast. Apparently it doesnt like these much more. lol. I had someone from the LSTforums tell me he's been destroying them too. So this clutch and flywheel is gettin pulled from this truck. Theres not a chance im spending close to 40 bucks on clutch shoes each race with this thing. Its a shame too, they really hooked up. I know these shoes wont last another race though.
