well, i dont think you can buy one that comes in pink, but you can buy a diffrent body and paint it pink, something like a stampede is a good beginner truck and not to high priced to... check out www.traxxas.com and look it up, also the other car you have should be there to...

I would suggest a Revo 3.3
It's great for begginers and very easy to work on, plus, it has the EZ Start system. Good basher, great racer, perfect all around truck. Costs $504.99 on towerhobbies. http://towerhobbies.com/products/traxxas/trac77.html
As for the body, it comes with a blue one, but you can buy any body you want and paint it any color you want. I suggest proline bodies. http://www.pro-lineracing.com/
Welcome to the RC world, I hope you have plenty of free time

True recommending a Revo 3.3 to a newcomer is like letting a 16 year old (no offense) drive a Corvette.... not the best thing to do... She will have a hard time figuring out the Nitro engine instead of enjoying the driving....
You won't find that many pink or girlie trucks out there that come that way... as mentioned you CAN paint and decal a custom body for your truck to your heart's content. I would strongly suggest you stick to electric for now, and go cheap. Dare I say start out simple with an Evader ST, Traxxas Stampede/Rustler, or something of that nature.

I started with nitro and it was the best way to learn without spending more money later. Get the best, from the start. That's what I say.

Beginner as in: brand new to the hobby? If so, I'd recommend going with something electric, and something that you can easily get parts for in this area - and that would probably be an E-Maxx. There's also a big selection of after market parts for those, including bodies, which can all be painted pink
