Default Anxious to burn some nitro....

I feel like it has been forever since I have had a good bash session. My savage motor is is on its' way to HPI for observation (broken crankshaft) and the weather is too cold to do anything anyways. I think it's been atleast 3 months since I have had a session where I burned more than one tank of fuel.
I am so ready for some warm weather and a new/repaired motor!
Anybody else get impatient after having not burned any nitro for awhile???

I have an electric heli, but I am selling it because it is to difficult and a piece of junk. I can fly on the simulators pretty good but in real life it is too hard and then I am worried about crashing and breaking stuff and draining my wallet.

I think I end up spending a lot of time on here when I can't run my truck. And I definitley think about running my truck when I can't.

No good reason your truck can't be out in the snow once you get the engine back.

You are right! I was going to run it in the snow but never got it started....that's why the engine is at HPI! I will definitley not hold back once I get a new engine.

I used to love winter until this year; all I do is look at my Savage.
Winter=snow, skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, hockey on the pond/river. But this year here (Indiana) there is no snow for all of these activities, so all I do is look at and my Savage and think about how I'd rather be bashing somewhere.

im still burning nitro. its a little cold out but it doesnt stop me. i hate this winter like you b/c its so cold and no snow. this winter is by far the worst. my wife doesnt tell me what to buy or not to buy. she is very supportive even tho shes not to interested in it. she likes to run a tank or 2 then shes good for 3-4months. i guess i got lucky. now when it komes to painting shes all for it. so youll just have to find what you wife likes. you might wanna try guitar hero. i got that for my wife this weekend and ive never seen her like a video game so much. heres a pic of the body my wife painted.

Oh man, I hate downtime[&o] I didnt get to drive my trucks from April to August last year.. And ever since Early september my trucks have been collecting dust in my basement[&o]

Parts needed to get ithe Savage running:

STS .30 servo arm
1/8 Truggy shocks with Hellfire towers
And thats about it, but a new wide ratio 3 speed would be nice

The T-maxx needs a whole set of new servos[X(] And I think I may be selling it.. The problem is, I poured around a thousand bucks into that truck, and now I'll be lucky if I can get $320 for it without radio/servos
