Default warhead evo spur gear wobble

Hello. I got this truck 1 1/2 months ago. And i noticed even when brand new the spur gear wobbles. The shaft does to. Did anyone else have this problem if so will they replace it? And does anyone make any gears other than 49 Thanks

I dont own a warhead, but guess either the spur shaft is bent, or the bearing is gone.

It's actually the clutch spring. I just finished repairing a Warhead for a friend, and both the old style clutch and the new clutch I installed wobbled. The clutch spring seats are not perfectly perpendicular to the shaft, and when you tighten up the clutch nut, the spur gear moves into position with the spring seat. To remove the wobble, I used my Dremel with a flat sided round stone. I ground the high side of the spring seats until the spring stood upright on a table. With the perpendicular seats now on the spring, the spur gear wobble disappeared.
