Its like buying a real car , buy a new one ull lose value on it and buy a used one ull play less money and ull still get a car that u wanted all along

well if you buy a used car u have to go though everything an adjust, imo i like just getting kits so i ad what i want.

buy used only if you are an experienced hobbiest
and even then it's a crap shoot if you get a good one
these little vehicles are subject to a lot of inexperience and abuse
more often than not a newb who buys used will have more problems than one who buys new

there's a very old saying in the 1:1 car world
"when you buy used all you are doing is paying for someone else's problems"

that's soooo much more true with rc's

l agree ^^^^^ new all the way, and you get to find that cars problems, because most of em have a niggly issue here or there, and the engines, should we go into second hand nitro engines, your truelly asking for problems buyng a second hand nitro, especially if your new to the hobby, get new, get a manual with it, read how to tune, learn it u r self, it is the best way.
