2 Speed on a Buggy?! I know its out there! Can I get one for a Mugen?
I was talking to i8tweety last night, and we were talking about 2 speed transmissions for buggies and he mentioned that Kyosho has one and its just a matter of getting it to fit in another buggy (I wanna get one in mine).
I'm gonna look around but can someone post a picture of this?! Please!

The OFNA 2 speed is what I use as a base. I machined a new center shaft to fit the uprights, and voila, it fits my buggy.
I'm working on converting a serpent 2 speed (clutch type) complete with centax clutch to my GS Storm Pro. Wish me luck.

I really dont see what thats funny/laughable! Very inventive!!
But dude once I get my radio.. and other stuff taken care of, I'm gonna put a 2 speed on my buggy.

Just might be able to set some kind of record, if you gear everything right, and stick an engine capable of 40,000+rpms
maybe even a picco.26? :stupid:

I'm running Rossi HPS (with ceramic piston technology). I've yet to see an engine that will run with it (aside from another Rossi). And yes, it will fly.

And I'm running a BM.. just bought an R1 Radio for it.
Cant wait!
i8tweety also sent me an 18T clutch bell for it too.
Add up the following:
18T Clutch
High power motor
2 Speed Tranny
One MAD buggy comin up!!
But I think I'm gonna wait a coupla gallons.. and get the motor thouroughly broken in before I put in the 2 speed.
How much is the two speed tranny anyway bob?! Tower?
