Will my Axial.28 wheely my MGT??
I think i've asked this question before, but i can't seem to remember, so I'll mention it again. I just got my tranny fixed in my MGT 4.6, and I have the Axial 28 spec 1 engine, and I'd like toknow if it's powerful enough to wheely my MGT. I bought the Axial specifically for the truck, but before the motor got here, the tranny blew, so I put the axial in my buggy and broke it in. It wants to wheely my buggy with an 18 tooth clutchbell, so i was hoping it would do the same for my truck. Do anyone know if it will?? If not, what will I have to do to get it to wheely it.?? ps, i have an ofna jp-1 pipe.

Yes it should, you might have to stiffen up the back end a little.but it should be allright. The stock 28 would wheelie mine.I have since put LRP's in my two and I can't keep the front wheels down.

A light clutch shoe with stiff springs should work to get wheelies. These ofna ones should fit.

I've got about three gallons with this setup on my Axial in my Savage.. One of the best RC products I've had...
I like to wheely :

Different engine, same clutch shoes...:

To be honest, the stock clutch shoes are perfectly fine. They last forever and seem to grip really good. If you want it to engadge the clutch later to wheelie more easily get some mugen 1.1mm springs. I also heard good about those mugen shoes. I just don't like aluminum shoes because I had found them to be high maintenance because they often need to be deburred, and it tears up the clutch bell pretty good.
