Default Need help with T-maxx rec. batt. pack

I posted this question in the radio section also. I recently purchased a nimh receive pack for my Maxx. It fits perfect except it needs longer wires and I can't get it to hold a charge. Not even for one min. I charged it with two different chargers and still nothing. Is there a special way to break in a new pack or something else I can do? I have the Intellipeak charger that charges both nicd & nimh. Any help would be appreciated.

Well first off do you run the reverse servo, or do you have a FOC? Second, if the battery only lasts 1 minute it probably has a bad cell. So you might want to send it back to were you got it from!! Oh and where are you trying to mount it? And are you running a switch?

Yes I do have the FOC and I'm using a switch with acharging jack in the stock location. I tried to see if he would exchange and all he offered to do is try to gharge it at his store. He will not see anymore of my money if this pack is defective.

Ok well I guess we can rule out a bad wire setup. You probably got a bad battery, but if he is going to charge it make sure he tests it as well, not just the voltage but how it works under load!!
