Default turning a st-15 into a monster truck

what would i haev to do durability wise and gearing wise to put bigger tires and wheels on a tower st-15? i am looking for more clearance for the grass mostly. losing speed because of re-gearing doesn't amtter to me so how far down should i go for any given size tire?(up?) i don't want t-maxx tires but something along the lines of my blackfoot tires would make me happy. what about shocks? do you think i will need new towers for them also?
thanks 4 the input. if i do it i will post pics and part #;s for everyone else too.

Check out Duratrax, with them you can change an ST to an MT. They have the parts on the web site and tower has them also. I would think just get the same gearing they list and you will be fine.

The most important thing to replace would be the steering servos. You need high torque ones to turn those big tires
