What are you needle settings for Rossi Black Magic .21 ??
Hey guys.
I've been working off these settings given to me by a friend.
Sounds good. but only thing is, to run my car at anything over 200 degrees F, I gotta crank the HSN *IN* (lean) about 1.5-2 turns!!
Thats a lot of leaning! I dont know the settings on the other 2 needles, they are leaner than listed below as well.
(Going by the break-in numbers listed BELOW).
I have about 10 tanks through the motor and even at these settings, the car puts out plenty of smoke (blue) and gurgles and sputters sometimes.
When it really starts to bog down, the thick smoke stays around forever, telling me that its burnt oil.
I've messed with the mid carb already (I know I shouldnt have) but I'm wondering if you guys have any tips for tuning 3 needle carbs.
I'm getting there, slowly but I'm hoping someone could hook me up with a coupla tricks for tuning these suckers.
an extra needle sure adds a lot more challenge to the equation!
Thanks
