New Kyosho Nitro MT - Kyosho MFR
Experience the breathtaking performance that transforms any open space into an off-road battleground. A newly developed triple-floor structure realizes amazing strength and rigidity in the largest 1/10 class machine that successfully delivers both a low center of gravity and deep stroke suspension. The wide tread unique to big tire machines results in an almost square wheelbase which combines with minimal overhang dimensions to produce devastating running performance. The drivetrain is equipped with two-speed automatic transmission and a strengthened New QRC transmission. Feel the machine’s blistering acceleration as it launches from a standing start and smoothly reaches its maximum speed and takes any kickbacks from the surface in its stride while the 3rd channel switch on the transmitter shifts the machine easily into reverse. Optimal balance corrects the posture as it hits the ground on jump landings without skipping a beat and delivers sharp acceleration. This ultimate combination of power and performance is delivered in a Readyset package so you can unleash the beast straight out of the box. An electronic starter makes engine starting easy so simply add batteries (sold separately) and fuel (sold separately) to get going. The heart thumping excitement of wild off-road racing starts right here with the “MFRâ€!

It certainly has the looks going for it. But it appears its just a truck based off a stadium truck. Kind of like an HPI MT2. Great looking truck though. Wonder how well they'll support it. Nice find Dale!

Question on the starter. would you suppose the starter back plate could be rotated 180 degrees to put the starter on the other side? I'm asking cuz I'm doing a twin build and need the second engine to be mirror image. the revo set up would be hi on one side and low on the other but yours looks like it could work. What u think?

I'm not to crazy about the Small Block, side exhaust setup but it does have a mean looking stance. I dont see it pushing revo's and lst's off the track but no one will know till someone buys one and try's it out!

side exhaust small block? have you ever tried an os 18 cvrx? That engine honestly has more power then most people will ever need.
Talking about the truck, anyone else notice the rather small hinge pins? Might be me but they look a little on the skinny. Nice looking still

Wow, now there's an astute observation. What, in you infinite wisdom, makes the A-arms "pathetic?" I was hoping you could expand on that... Are the materials below your standards? Maybe your stress analysis has shown them to be weak in a certain spot? Perhaps it's just the geometry that's bothering you... Just curious.
*Edit, I'm sorry, I forgot that you couldn't do stress anaysis, determine materials, measure geometry or make any kind of substantive evaluation from a picture. I know the truck isn't out yet, so must be REALLY connected in Kyosho. </sarcasm> I got the response I expected - crickets.

Yes, it is an obeservation, and you're a very rude person. No need to bash so hard for such a small thing, I just said they look small. WOW!
And yes, you got crickets because I really don't care about another 1/10 MT.

Well the arms do look thin. Not as scary though, as the thin bulkhead area they are mounted too though. But who knows, it may be much bigger than we really can tell in the pics. Although it looks like a small 1/10th scale truck, the wheel base shows it only a half mm shorter than a Revo... So its actually pretty big. As for the side exhaust motor, i see a 3.3 TRX motor, with a T-maxx manifold being the cure for that. Assuming that the stock motor isnt enough. I just wanna know if it'll have a FOC kit, and some tuning springs. LOL.
And Scotty, that is holding a wire to the starter motor, not the actual motor to the truck. lol
