Default Yeowch...Had to pay dearly for this Kyosho NIB classic...

I have always wanted this one and they only show up on eBay maybe once every year or two. This completes my vintage Kyosho MT collection.

Complete, perfect NIB USA-1

NIB Hi Rider

NIB Big Brute

New Build Double Dare

I might consider a Big Boss, but otherwise I am very satisfied...

Those USA-1's are super fast out of the box! Way quicker than a stock Clod! Nice stuff you have here!

Dude I used to have a Tamiya Blackfoot! Me and my brother beat the snot out of that thing and never broke anything on it other then ripping the antenna out but that was an easy fix and then a couple years ago I gave it too a freind of mine cause I got my revo and didn't even think anything about the blackfoot...I thaught it was a ol radioshack car. Was pretty damn cool. Now I wish I didn't give that damn thing away [:@].

I think thats a great score still at that price. Though you gotta paint the Double Dare just like the box. Thatw as my favorite old Kyosho MT, the Double Dare.

I could see myself getting a NIB Clod and Monster Beetle to complete the collection...

I am always a little sketchy getting classic Tamiyas, because a $600 NIB Monster Beetle kit could depreciate quickly with a rerelease. I sold a classic Lunchbox for around $400 before the re-release came out. Now the originals don't go for much more (if at all) than the re-release. Same with Frogs and Grasshoppers. Frogs were getting up in the $300-400 range before re-release. Kyosho on the other hand is never going to re-release their classics.

$400? You did fine. Especially for something NIB. I would like to find something decent in a Nitro USA-1, but most of them around are pretty beat and rigged. Not to mention having to track down old parts, to piece one back together. I guess the Mad Force is good enough for now.

If it is mint and painted exactly to box art with the box I would say $300-325.
