i am thinking about getting a gas powered truck i am thinking savage what is the best out there to play with sell me what you think

what do you plan on doing with it? bashing, racing? budget? also look at your local hobby shop and see what makes they store....

could always look at the lst2 or the muggy. both are more than good bashers, and both will have a good track time for a monster truck, especially the muggy. the 427 is a good motor, thats is super easy to tune with good power.
