Which one of these trucks would be better?
1. Savage XL with: Picco .28 and 086 pipe
2. Savage X 4.6 with: Three speed transmission, and suspension conversion set
3. revo 3.3 (5308) with: RPM A-arms and True-Track Rear A-arm Conversion Kit
4. Aftershock with: ? (I'm not really sure what to upgrade)
5. LST XXL with: Stock (It is the most expensive and I probably wont have enough money to upgrade)
These are the trucks with their hop-ups. If you wish to rate them from best to worst, or just simply explain which truck you would most prefer, then please do so. Thank you

i personally believe that number 1 and number 3 will be your best bets, but number 5 is at their heels. the savage xl handles good considering that it's a savage, but still keeps the savage toughness. the picco .28 and 086 really bring that truck to life. i like the revo because of the racing ability and the truggy influences. the revo is my favorite truck, but i do have a bigblock in mine. with the rpm arms you're covering most of the problems, just try to get a chassis brace as well. the xxl is a good truck, but it is expensive, but nice radio. im no sure what to think of the 454 .28 though.

LOL, all of those engines are made by GoldenLion (SH engines)!!!! LRP only resells it and SH customized it a little to tweak more power for LRP.

Out of these three GoldenLion (SH) engines, from best to worst, from my perspective, are:
Best: SH-LRP Z28. This SH engine resold by LRP is tweaked very nicely to provide superior power over virtually all stock .28ci engines that come on stock RCs. For the price vs power, the SH-LRP Z28 is really hard to beat. I will not be surprised if this SH engine has a higher timing profile than the other two.
Moderate: I really consider the next two SH engines to be equal. The SH-Mach (The SH on Losi) to me seems to be exactly the same as the non-resold SH .28. I have not seen an actual non-resold SH .28 engine, but for Losi's SH-Mach 4.54cc, I will not be surprised if the SH-Mach has the exact same timing profiles as the straight-up SH .28ci engine.
That is why I think these two SH engines would be equal.

Just buy one already, you are wasting yours and our time with this flip flopping. Trust me, you will be really happy with ALL of the trucks on that list. Pick which one looks better to you and open up your wallet, (REALLY WIDE).

I thought this thread would help me, because these are the trucks i am thinkning about, and the first hop-ups i would get for them. like for the savage X 4.6 and my hop-ups, would that be a decent truck, or would my XL still beat it?
for a first truck do you guys think that the XXL would be a bad choice, since it is a lot of money, and and i heard people talking that the radio is pretty technical? Thanks

RE: Top 5
the telemetry on the xxl's radio can be a little confusing, but if you read the manual carefully it will all make sense. im a revo guy, but if you are just going to bash you will probably be more than content with the savage. the revo is cool, but it can be frail at times. the savage is known to have problems with diffs and drivetrain, but i never had that problem with mine(but i never put a picco .28 in it). the revo is a great racing truck, and can be a good basher, but for just bashing i would have to say savage, cuz it's just solid feeling.
