Okay got two quarts of 20% fuel out of my RTR engine on my MMGT 3.0. Its totally my fault. It is my first nitro and I didn't do the greatest break in. I was totally clueless on tuning and ran it too hard untuned correctly. So I am going to try again. I can spend about 100 bucks on a new engine. I will probably ruin this one too so I want to take it easy on cash for now.

I stock motor is a #2918 AE .18 Pull Start Engine SG crankshaft. I don't want to get the same motor. What motor would you guys recommend that will be a direct replacement for the stock RTR I have. I am okay going down in power to a .15 if that will save me some money for the time being.

I was thinking of this motor the Ofna Jammin' .12 Rear Exhaust Off-Road Engine with Pull Starter because it is $89 bucks.

Just use the same motor and get a new sleeve and piston. No reason to change motors. Its a good motor thats in it already.
