Default Cutting Tires Need Help Choosing Final Design!

Here are my ideas. I'm sure I could think of a lot more but I already have more than enough designs thought out. Please help me choose... What do you think is the best?

I'm not for sure what you mean by saying "going against the groove"? Also the lines on there are just to show the pattern. The dots will be the actual tread design. BTW these designs are for my Monster Pirate tires but yeah #4 looks like a T/E-Maxx tire not a MP. Thanks and LMK what you meant.

Also I'm thinking of using 2 different tread designs for the front and rear. I'll probably use Design #3 for the rear what would you guys suggest for the front?

Use #3 front and rear, they'll give great turning abilty, also, they'll pick up great traction, i'd use front and rear.....

Going with the groove, would be going the way the red arrow are pointing (in the picture i attached), that'd pick up best turning cababiltys and best traction, the other was will wear down your tires much faster...
