Default Help guys, want new tires for my truck

hello, 2 weeks ago i bought a duratrax rtx27,it cut in half from $400 down to $200,[X(] so i figured why not?even if i have to spend money on it it's still a great deal.so i broke it in and everything and im running in and jumping it, but have a few problems.1:when it gets to half tank or below and i let it go down to idle it'll just die.or if i brake going to turn nd dont gas it right away it'll die, as long as i keep giving throttle it runs fine but dies when i let off for a second or two.only at half or below though.2:in the grass and on road the tires dont' grip too well, i noticed they are 17mm hex and i looked around and that's sort of a weird size.i want tires to grip in grass and on road, mainly grass though.im not a big racer at all but plan to head out to a track near me and try it out, i think i'll like it, but will this combo work?or any tires with these rims?or will i have to get different rims?just want more grip in grass.

The last 3 tires you put up there are 2.2 and they will not fit an MT wheel, The way your talking about an aggresive tire the only one I like is [link=http://xtm-dealer.com/zencart/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=23&products_id=652]MOAB XL[/link] good luck and HAPPY RC'en

I installed a Hitec 5625 for my steering servo. I had one lying around. You can get good deals on used 625's and 5625's in the market.

Did you try turning the throttle stop screw clockwise to increase the idle. There a three screws on the carb. One is the HSN, then there is the LSN and the last one is the idle stop screw. I always set the idle stop screw after the engine has warmed up.
