Could some one help me with the assembly of the flywheel, clutch shoe/springs and clutchbell and bearings?

Here is what I got...

Picco 26
Mugen 3 shoe clutch and fly wheel
Ofna 16 t clutch bell

on the end of the crank shaft it has a brass collet....in the clutch shoe kit, it has a plastic one....which one should i use?

I think I used the black one.
But I have a .21 so things might be different.

Try both. see which one matches up better!
btw..Are the two the same size?

Pretty simple,

-brass collar on first push all the way to the bearing
-flywheel
-clutch nut
-clutch shoes and springs
-maybe a couple shimms on the clutch nut to make sure the bell does not grind on the flywheel
-clutch bell bearing
-clutch bell and outside bearing
then either put your e-clip on or sinch your screw down!!

Like I said above you might need to do a little adjusting with shimms to line everything up but nothing major.

well I finally got it all together...I broke the motor in...I actually broke it in twice...I was in aww when I pulled the starter cord for the first time...it cracked on the first pull...the picco 26 has alot of compression....a heck of a lot more than the 21bb...I havent done any real speed runs yet....going to do that this weekend...I will tell you this though...I did goose it a little, and she will bring the front up no problem....I thought the 16t clutch bell was to prevent that from happening..

With that motor it's still going to do it even on pavement. I have tried a 16 and mine still pulled the front end up as much as the 14 it had a very very very little bog when throttling hard up hills so I went back to the 14 top end was still fantastic with tons of bottom!
