I am looking for the biggest axels out here (and strongest) I need something that is driveshaft drivin, not motor mounted. The wider the better....thanks

I got an axle out of a 1/2 ton pickup.

Maybe if you told us what it is for or what your looking to do you would get better answers.

Kyosho Twin Force axles are about the strongest and biggest you can get out of a 1/10 or 1/8th scale platform.

ha ha.. yeah, I guess that would help. I want to build a hillclimber / mud dragster, something like those Icelandic creations. I'd like to be somewhere close to 1/8 scale, but I can only seem to find 1/10. axels

It will be a BB nitro with max size paddle tires, the chassis will all be custom made and I was thinking of using the HPI jeep rubicon body.

Not sure on what trans. yet........ you think one out of a summit would hold up to a BB nitro? (it would be nice to have the high and low gearing)

HPI Savage Flux Dog Bones are going to be about the strongest axle shaft. You could just buy the complete diff and axles off ebay for pretty cheap.

Default RE: big axels

thanks but not quite the style I'm looking for. I want to use solid axels for this project. By the looks of it the ones from the twin force should work out pretty good,..... if I can find a place online that sells them.
